Seeking a Junior Processing Team Lead to join our Food Processing department who will supports the daily operations of the processing team by coordinating workflow, assisting with staff supervision, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping achieve departmental productivity goals. Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring the daily activities of the processing team with Team leader.
Completing all paperwork-HACCP required documents accurately and timely-Dataloggers, weights of product.
Communicate operational updates to management.
Making sure that the processing is completed at the end of the day and oven is empty
Oversee the end of shift cleaning of processing room
Follows HACCP/SSOP procedures, rules and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times

Must be a TEAM player, reliable, honest, responsible, patient, helpful, courteous and respectful to all employees
MUST be able to work in the HEAT due to the ovens.
A least 2-3 years of manufacturing production experience.
Required to spend long periods of time on feet and stand or walk without a break (for up to 4 hours or as required by law)
