This role is essential to the daily manufacturing and packaging operations of chemical product lines. You will be responsible for the hands-on handling of raw materials, ensuring efficient assembly line flow, and conducting critical quality control inspections. The primary goal is to ensure that all products-from aerosol cans to liquid containers-are filled, labeled, and packed accurately according to specific batch requirements while meeting daily production quotas.

Responsibilities:
Read batch tickets for specific requirements and load containers or aerosol products onto the production table.
Verify container sizes, lot numbers, and product types against documentation to prevent errors.
Verify that labels and silk-screened names coincide with the item numbers on work orders; maintain a visual check for ink quality and alignment throughout the run.
Replace missing tips and cap aerosol cans or containers after the screening process is complete.
Set up packing areas, print box labels and SDS when required, and package finished items onto pallets using specified stacking patterns.
Accurately record production data, initial batch tickets, and document any stock taken out for orders.
Clean work areas, remove trash, and return all spare materials and tools to their proper storage locations at the end of each shift.
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment.
Familiarity with automated labeling systems, liquid mixing equipment, or aerosol production.
Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or quality control standards.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations or experience handling hazardous materials.
Strong observational skills to identify minor defects in packaging or labeling during high-speed operations.

Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret batch tickets, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours) and lift heavy loads as required by the production line.
Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen; strict adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
