Responsibilities:
Testing & Assembly: Follow written Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and automated tests on products. Utilize mechanical assembly drawings, diagrams, and written work instructions to build electronic assemblies.
Packaging & Logistics: Assemble cardboard boxes and packaging materials. Pack finished products, load boxes onto pallets, and safely move pallets using a pallet jack.
Problem Solving: Work on semi-routine assignments, recognizing and correcting errors when required.
Attendance: Maintain prompt and regular attendance to ensure a continuous and quality workflow.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to general instructions for routine work and detailed instructions for new assignments to ensure 100% quality and product verification.
Working hours: 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior Manufacturing Experience: 2 to 5 years working in a production, assembly, or warehouse environment.
Electronics Handling Knowledge: A basic understanding of how to handle electronic components safely.
ESD Awareness: Familiarity with Electro-static Discharge (ESD) safety protocols to prevent damaging sensitive parts.
Technical Familiarity: Prior experience using basic hand tools, power tools, scanners, and production equipment.
Blueprint/Drawing Literacy: Ability to look at and utilize basic mechanical assembly drawings, diagrams, or process sheets.

The Right Attitude: General manufacturing skills are preferred, but the absolute most important trait is the ability to listen, learn, and follow directions accurately.
Good communication skills (oral and written) to collaborate with supervisors and team members.
Basic Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new software applications.
Self-motivated with attention to detail in a fast-paced, quality-oriented environment.
