Key Responsibilities
...Take ownership of packaging line machinery, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely during your shift.
Monitor product flow to meet daily output goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and adjustments to keep downtime to a minimum.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the final product meets specifications.
Qualifications & Skills
Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to understand how machinery works and perform minor adjustments or repairs.
Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment is preferred.
Mindset: Self-directed with a strong sense of accountability for the performance of your specific station.
