Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Overtime: Friday - Sunday overtime may be mandatory when production is running.

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Material Handlers for hands-on manufacturing opportunities in Shreve.
You'll help keep production moving by preparing packaging materials, stacking finished products, and supporting daily warehouse and production operations.
If you're dependable, comfortable with physical work, and willing to learn, this could be a great opportunity to earn competitive pay while building manufacturing and material-handling experience.
Forklift experience is NOT required. Equipment training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Build boxes and prepare packaging materials
- Seal, stack, and organize finished products
- Move materials throughout production and warehouse areas
- Keep production lines supplied and materials moving efficiently
- Restack materials and assist with production cleanups
- Clean around conveyor systems and work areas
- Assist production team members with daily tasks
- Operate forklifts or other equipment as trained and assigned
- Follow workplace safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Dependable attendance and strong work habits
- Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout a 10-hour shift
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Comfortable working in dusty environments and changing temperatures
- Willingness to learn different production and warehouse tasks
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends, when required
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or forklift experience is helpful, but forklift experience is NOT required.
