Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Machine Operator to support light manufacturing operations at our Pennsylvania facility. The Machine Operator will work with non-hazardous chemicals and operate production equipment while supporting general shop operations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure performance and uptime
• Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain high attention to detail to detect defects or inconsistencies in materials or finished goods.
• Follow all safety procedures, including disciplined and consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Handle and process chemicals safely and responsibly.
• Package finished goods according to company standards.
• Accurately complete production logs and documentation.
• Utilize basic computer systems and office software for data entry, reporting, and communication.

Education: High School

• High School or GED

Experience: 12 months

• Technical or mechanical aptitude.
• Experience performing basic machine maintenance.
• Experience working with production equipment or similar machinery.

Physical:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.,Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.,Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions.,Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as necessary.
