Responsibilities:
Assist in assembly, inspection, and packaging of products according to standard procedures.
Visually inspect parts, materials, and finished products for quality and conformity.
Operate basic production equipment and learn line???specific machinery.
Safely move, stage, and handle materials as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety guidelines.
Follow production instructions and quality standards closely.
Report production issues, quality concerns, or material discrepancies to supervisors.
Perform other duties as assigned to support team production goals.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience with quality inspection or assembly operations.
Comfortable working in a team environment and following detailed instructions.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, assembly, inspection or machine operating experience desired
Must be reliable and consistent with attendance
Interest in building a long-term career
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Willing to follow safety rules and production guidelines
