- Develops and maintains the Visual Scheduling System to reflect actual performance and to reflect continuous improvement of on-time performance and customer satisfaction.- Receives orders from Customer Service, Planner or Business Development Manager, checks for accuracy, commits to inventory, and promises delivery date based on availability of Materials, Customer needs and Production Schedules. - Generates once a week the Dispatch Reports for all Work Centers. - Works with Production Supervisors on Daily Work Schedule to satisfy Customer needs, and overall Production Efficiency. - Be the Liaison between multi-facility Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing Departments and Business Development Managers by maintaining the Schedule of all Work Orders. - Coordinates interplant transfers of Materials. - Coordinates Order changes in Production Scheduling and Shipping. Resolves Daily Problems with regard to Material Rejections and Production changes due to Equipment breakdowns. - Monitors execution plans to fulfill Sales and Manufacturing Order Deadlines. - Reviews/authorizes customer order schedule change requests by working with the Customer Service and Operations to arrive at a realistic schedule date. - Orchestrates internal or external requests for customer order follow up and /or expedites. - Maintains and communicates weekly Multi-Plant on-time, capacity, and missed shipments reports along with monthly shipment forecast. - Works closely with purchasing to ensure material is available when needed. - Thoroughly understands and practices all appropriate ISO 9001 and AS 9100 Quality procedures. - Serves as a Facilitator/Liaison for Outsourcing Services between the Production Supervisor and Purchasing to identify and subcontract work as required to maintain on-time performance.

- Ability to communicate effectively across all functions of the Corporation. - Ability to use effective information-gathering techniques, analyzing situations and identifying implications in order to make correct planning and scheduling decisions in a timely manner.
- At least 2-3 years of successful experience in Production Scheduling. - Knowledge of Production and Inventory Control Systems, Planning and Scheduling Systems and Supply Chain Processes- In depth knowledge in ERP, MRP, Excel and PowerPoint.
