Seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee installation projects at customer job sites. This is a hands-on, field-based position requiring approximately 30% travel. The Production Manager will serve as the person in charge while on site, coordinate installation activities, communicate with customers
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with CNC machines, plasma cutters, industrial sewing equipment, or similar fabrication machinery would be valuable. Welding experience would also be a plus. Experience leading crews, supervising commercial installations, troubleshooting issues in the field, and coordinating projects from installation
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Approximately 4 years of relevant construction, commercial installation, production, field-service, or project-site experience.
Construction background with the ability to understand how a commercial or industrial job site operates.
Ability to lead and run a job site independently.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30%, or roughly 5?10 weeks throughout the year.
Communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and communicate project information back to the company.
Ability to work in a hands-on construction/installation environment.
Ability to learn and safely use specialized production and installation equipment.
No college degree required.
