Responsibilities:
Direct operations, manage team members, and meet production quotas safely and on time. Reporting: Typically reports to a Plant Manager or Operations Director. Core Focus: Safety compliance (OSHA), first-pass quality yield, workflow optimization, and lean manufacturing.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: 2 to 4+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with liquid/powder coatings, electrostatic application, mixing equipment, curing ovens, and conveyors. Certifications/Methods: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S principles. Soft Skills: Communication, conflict resolution, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
