We are seeking a confident, high-presence Production Supervisor to lead off-shift manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will manage approximately 40 direct reports through sub-level Team Leads, serving as the floor driver for team safety, product quality, continuous improvement, and schedule achievement.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, and staffing for assigned shift to ensure lead times and production goals are met.
Direct line-level Team Leads and manage performance, attendance, training, and recruitment for roughly 40 hourly team members.
Ensure strict adherence to FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and EHS safety guidelines.
Conduct regular floor audits, spot quality checks, Layered Process Audits, and 5S reviews.
Drive continuous improvement projects and resolve production bottlenecks.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of formal leadership experience (industrial or military).
Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma principles.
Familiarity with Quality Systems (ISO 13485 preferred, though medical device experience is not strictly required).

1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years combined industry (biomedical/medical device) and/or military experience; OR 8 years of general manufacturing, quality, or logistics experience.
Strong leadership presence with proven ability to coach, direct, and hold teams accountable.
Solid communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to maintain an active presence on the manufacturing floor.
