This is a temp-to-hire opportunity designed for someone who balances technical machinery operation with hands-on assembly tasks.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM; Monday - Friday (training will be on 1st shift for first 4 weeks)

- Production Line Support: Proactively feed raw materials to production lines. Your goal is to ensure zero downtime by having the right materials in the right place at the right time.
- First Shift Readiness: Restock main production lines at the end of the shift to ensure the incoming team is set up for success.
- Kit Assembly: Build and package product kits/orders.
This position is 50% operating forklifts, and 50% building product kits.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Supply chain experience that includes organization and replenishment of materials is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6 months of verifiable forklift driving experience required
- Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Physically capable of repetitively lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse with heavy equipment traffic and ambient noise
- Strong multitasking ability and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
