We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Production Technician to assemble, wire, and test electrical and illuminated components in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work with engineering drawings, use hand tools to prepare wires and assemble parts, mix bonding epoxies, and test units for quality assurance.

ResponsibilitiesAssembly & Testing: Build electrical, mechanical, and lighting assemblies using hand tools, specialized equipment, and blueprints. Wiring & Surface Prep: Strip, abrade, etch, prime, and pre-coat wires and connectors before final assembly. Diagnostics & Repair: Test completed units using calibrated equipment, find malfunctioning parts, and perform repairs or adjustments. Epoxy & Paint Mixing: Measure and mix adhesives, bonding epoxies, and paints according to specific formulas. Quality Check & Documentation: Inspect finished work for soldering, wiring, and lighting quality, and accurately complete production tracking logs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience operating soldering systems, wire strippers, and crimping tools. Familiarity using calibrated measurement tools and electrical diagnostic equipment. Experience working in a team environment focused on continuous quality improvement

Qualifications:
Education & Experience: High School Diploma/GED (or vocational training) plus 1 to 3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience. Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Basic Math Skills: Understanding of high school basic math and simple algebra for measurements. Safety & Guidelines: Ability to follow written/verbal safety instructions, wear required safety glasses, and properly manage work area materials.
