Job Description:
Spherion is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Worker to join our apparel manufacturing team. This role is perfect for a night owl who enjoys a consistent schedule, a hands-on environment, and seeing a tangible product come to life.
As a member of our graveyard shift, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our garments are processed, finished, and ready for shipment with the highest level of quality
Responsibilities:
- Garment Processing: Operate machinery for fabric cutting, heat-pressing, or basic industrial sewing (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect finished apparel for defects, loose threads, or printing errors to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Assembly & Packing: Fold, tag, and bag garments according to specific client requirements.
- Material Handling: Maintain an organized workflow by moving fabric rolls and finished bins to their designated stations.
- Workplace Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workstation.
Education: High School
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
- must be able to stand on feet for 8+ hours
