Responsibilities:
- Following the daily production schedule to meet goals.
- Preparing and processing raw materials (adding ingredients, moving and loading material).
- Packaging finished product (counting, placing items in caddies/trays, stacking boxes on pallets).
- Operating basic equipment (taping/shrink wrap machines, manual pallet jacks).
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area, following all safety and quality (GMP/HACCP) standards.
- Accurately completing necessary paperwork.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attendance and dependability.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Must be able to perform repetitive functions and work with minimal supervision.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform with varying degrees of temperatures and noise levels.
- Experience in a production role a plus!
