Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Plan, organize, and direct the efforts of site team staff to ensure maximum operational effectiveness.
Performance Management: Monitor monthly reports and track operational issues to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Resource Optimization: Liaise with corporate headquarters to secure the necessary resources for site teams to fulfill specified contract performances.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-impact relationships with customers, proactively handling any problems that arise from the services provided.
Talent Development: Hire, motivate, and evaluate staff while identifying and grooming future Site Manager candidates.
Scope Evolution: Evaluate changes to operating systems for impact on the scope of work and facilitate quotations for system improvements.
Internal Communication: Advise upper management on emerging issues and collaborate across functional departments to ensure swift resolution of site problems.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Change Management: Experience in assessing the impact of new operating systems and facilitating process improvements.
Operations Oversight: A background in managing multi-site facilities or large-scale customer contracts.
Strategic Advising: Experience reporting directly to senior-level executives regarding site performance and problem resolution.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience: A Bachelor???s degree (or equivalent), or 10+ years of related experience and training.
Communication Mastery: Proven ability to present information effectively in one-on-one settings and small group environments.
Interpersonal Excellence: Strong oral and written interpersonal skills are essential for navigating complex client and internal relationships.
Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Leadership Prowess: Ability to resolve employee relations issues and facilitate team synergy.
