The program manager manages and supports the operational facilities and works with the customer ensuring delivery of performance specified in the customer contract while managing the site; staying within the contract's scope, and assuring compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that corporate provides the resources that are needed by the site team to deliver the specified contract performance.
Evaluate any changes to the operating systems for impact on scope of work and facilitate the quotation of the improvements.
Tracks operation issues and monitors monthly reports.
Communicates with functional departments regarding issues and follow-ups to ensure resolution.
Advises upper management on development of issues arising from problems identified through site operations and/or customers.
Create and maintain effective relationships and provide customer responsiveness.
Handles customer problems that arise from the use of the service provided.
Plan, organize, direct, control, motivate; hire, develop, and evaluate, the efforts of site team staff; resolve employee relation issues, facilitate team effectiveness, identify and develop future Site Manager candidates.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent or 10 plus years related experience and training; or combination of both
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Strong interpersonal skills oral and written a must.
Must have at least basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
