This is a hybrid job that will start with five days in the office and go down to 1 day in the office after you're up to speed. Shift can be 7a-4p or 8a-5p.

The project analyst will lead analytical projects or process improvement projects. They will be part of the Customer Care Organization and part of the center of excellence team. The initial project is noted below, but future projects could be related to many sales, marketing, customer service, or data analysis.
Project 1:
- Review government rated orders (March-February cycle) for applicable FAR/DFAR clauses; tag, summarize, and document obligations.
- Interpret contractual requirements with Legal/Compliance and advise internal stakeholders on liability exposure.
- Assess and communicate potential duty free entry and tariff related risks to leadership; maintain dashboards and reporting.
- Support development of future state Duty Free Entry processes, internal controls, and compliance documentation.
- Track, report, and assist with reconciliation of tariff charges, partner with AR on outstanding or unpaid tariffs in SAP.
- Contribute to audits, collections support, and process improvements across documentation, clause identification, and reporting workflows.
Skills:
- Self starter with analytical skills
- Background with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Business Intelligence
- Ability to create Pivot table, graphs, charts, work with and manipulate data sets
- Some AI knowledge and ability to write prompts
- Someone who has a Project Manager mind set who can analyze a problem, design a plan, solve it and execute fix

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, complex formulas, and chart generation)
- Proficient understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Six-Simga)- Self starter with high initiative, strong ownership. (extremely important)
- Uses resources to overcomes challenges, Ability to seek out knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially for repetitive review work.
- Ability to multitask if a fast pace, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze contractual and legal documentation.
