        The Quality Assurance Engineer's main responsibility is to ensure that quality procedures are implemented and followed throughout the supply chain and manufacturing process, resulting in consistent product quality overallResponsibilities:1.Supplier, Incoming, and In-process Inspections???Perform supplier audits, build relationships and create quality expectations.???Perform detailed first article inspections of mechanical parts, printed circuit assemblies, and cables to ensure conformity to all applicable specifications. ???Perform incoming inspections of mechanical and electronic hardware in an expedient manner in accordance with established sampling methods to monitor and quantify supplier quality trends.???Initiate and coordinate implementation of corrective actions with suppliers to resolve and prevent recurrences of quality problems. ???Perform sample inspections of work in process and finished goods to ensure procedures are robust and appropriately implemented.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:2.-Final Test Documentation Review (PHR)--Ensure compliance to final test specifications.3.-Assist in Process Validation - Guidance and Assistance--Assist Manufacturing Engineers in the validation of production processes as required.4.-Corrective and Preventive Action--Facilitate the CAPA process and assist those departments with CAPA assignments to ensure the best corrective and preventive actions, follow up and closure.Education:TradeExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:???3 years prior experience as Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer. ???Ability to learn quickly and retain information.???Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing. ???Strong organization skills with an attention to detail.???Good eyesight and the ability to detect subtle visual differences. ???Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.???Self motivated and able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.???Ability to read mechanical drawings. ???Prior experience using basic measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, depth gages, gage blocks, plug gages, and thread gages to accurately measure mechanical parts. ???Prior experience inspecting Printed Circuit Assemblies and Cable Assemblies to IPC acceptability standards or other established workmanship standards.???Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. ???US Citizenship.
