In this role, you will manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipping and receiving process.

Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
??? Update inventory records and ensure accurate documentation of received goods.
??? Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule and track deliveries.
??? Coordinate unloading and organization of received materials in the warehouse.
??? Provide timely updates to teams.
??? Ensure quality received matches quantity on invoice.
??? Verify cost per item is the same as noted on the invoice.
??? Verify total on invoice matches the total in the purchase order.
??? Upload appropriate spreadsheets to bookkeeping.
??? Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
??? Report equipment maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
