Responsibilities:
Procurement Leadership: Oversee sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and purchasing of raw materials, MRO supplies, equipment, and services.
Cost & Supply Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze purchasing data, track market trends, and mitigate supply chain risks without sacrificing quality.
Supplier Management: Build strong vendor relationships, conduct regular business reviews, and evaluate performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to support new product rollouts, capital projects, and inventory controls.
Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and direct the daily operations of the local purchasing team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Language: Professional fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
Leadership: Prior experience in a management or supervisory role.
Industry Background: Experience in advanced manufacturing sectors such as battery, chemicals, plastics, automotive, or packaging.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor???s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
Software: Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
Skills: Strong contract negotiation, inventory management, strategic sourcing, and data analysis abilities.
Flexibility: Willingness to adjust hours around 12-hour day/night manufacturing shifts and work overtime when required.
