Spherion has an immediate Direct Hire opening for a Buyer position with an oil & gas related company in the Lafayette, LA area. In this role, the Buyer will manage the end-to-end buying process to obtain the best prices and meet strict deadlines. They will also negotiate vendor contracts, optimize inventory levels, and ensure all purchases are in compliance with company rules and ethical standards.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay: $70-75K annua
