      Spherion Staffing is hiring for Sanitation workers at a production facility in Ogden, UT. This is a temp to hire position. This is a great shift for someone wanting to work 12 hr shifts, and only work 3 1/2 days a week for full time!The shifts and pay are: Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM - $17.00Graves: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM - $18.00**Day Shift works Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7am-7pm and then Monday from either 7am-1pm or 1pm to 7pm.**Grave Shift from either Thursday/Friday 7pm-1a or 1a-7a and then Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7pm-7am. .The sanitation technician is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the factory and its equipment for the production lines. In addition, they assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the general production areas. The sanitation technician spends a majority of their day cleaning the factory and its equipment. The work day is spent in a factory which ranges in temperature from 70-110 degrees. There are many physical demands and the sanitation technician is required to lift and squat up to 50 pounds. The sanitation technician must also bend and stretch to reach equipment for proper cleaning. Stress can range from moderate to high depending on the staffing, machine or ordering conditions.Responsibilities:? Clean and sanitize production line operating equipment (ovens, coolers) ? Clean and sanitize baking equipment including: dough/frosting bins, dies, and trays ? Operate floor scrubber to clean concrete flooring ? Sweep and mop work areas ?
