      Responsible for routine repairs, scheduled maintenance and cleaning of assigned knitting machines, sock sizing, occasional size and style changes and correcting any conditions or situations pertaining to the assigned knitting machines that adversely affect the quality or production of goods produced.Responsibilities:Must be able to accurately identify flaws in the product and make the appropriate repair(s) necessary to knitting machines to correct the problem(s).Must be flexible to work on different machines to meet production demands on a daily basis.Read and follow specification charts and materials accurately.Check stop motions daily to ensure they are working properly.Oil knitting machines without automatic oilers every two hours.Ensure that knitting machines with automatic oilers are kept full of needle oil and working properly.Blow off knitting machines with air hose four or more times per shift. Air hose must be at 30 psi.Size socks once per shift.Size socks immediately following a size or style change and anytime requested to do so by the Knitter(s).
