Experienced administrative assistant to assist project managers and management.Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and submission of bids and proposals in response to RFPs (Requestsfor Proposals) from clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and projectmanagement to gather necessary information for bids.Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track bid progress and maintain accuraterecords of client interactions.
