Mechanic services include assisting Equipment Engineer II with:Installation, per documented qualification criteria.Preventative maintenance, per documented PM instructions.Troubleshooting and repairs.Welding, painting, metal/plastic fabrication.HVAC, electrical and plumbing services.Provide recommendations for solution of issues in any of the above areas.Provide Sr. Manager, Facilities Engineering with regular updates.Working hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AMSkills:Expert working knowledge of processing machinery.Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair malfunctions of machinery.Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally within the organization.Comprehend basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, weights and measures, and efficient use of acalculator.Requires accuracy, reliability and attention to detail.Team Oriented - being helpful, respectful, approachable, building strong working relationships and a positive workenvironment, reliable, honest, interacts with other tactfully, resolves conflicts appropriately and adapts to change.Ability to manage time efficiently, follow instructions, and be a hands-on problem solver.Computer skills:Computer proficiency and an understanding of their relationship to modern manufacturingBeginner knowledge of MS Office Suite and SAP (or another ERP system) preferredEducation:High SchoolExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
