Supervises production and employees on shiftResponsibilities:o Trains new personnel as required.o Maintains and actively participates in ongoing safety programs. Ensures operations, equipment and personnel meet all applicable safety requirements.o Performs as a working supervisor, filling in on any job in the department as needed. o Prepares, maintains and/or submits required reports, such as non-conforming product reports, scrap reports, weekly production
