      The Production Specialist will learn all duties involved in the Assembly process; this employee will be cross-trained and a key part in the success of the operation.Responsibilities:Follow daily work schedule and work instruction and safety procedures. Accountable for quality and productivity of equipment operation.Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers. Good attention to detail. Excellent eye-hand coordination required. Requires understanding of and ability to use a wide variety of tools. Basic computer skills. Must be able to use a microscope.Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:-MUST be able to handle small parts and use hand tools-MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs-Ability to follow written instructions-Ability to stand for duration of shiftEducation:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:Prior Assembly Experience Prod Assembler 2, Detrash, Material handler, Testers, Rack Assembler, Water Spider tech, etc.Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
