Perform precision work on diamond wire dies, analyzing wear, using specialized machines (like ultrasonic polishers), and hand tools to restore dies to exact specifications for wire drawing, focusing on accuracy, geometry, and bearing length for optimal wire production.Responsibilities:Key duties involve inspection, shaping, grinding, polishing, and quality control, ensuring dies meet stringent customer specs for various wear levelsWorking hours: 7:00 AM -
