      Experienced Production Associates/Machine Operators to assist with production of the products and transporting the product around the warehouse and storage spaces. The goal will be to ensure that material and products are always at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.Responsibilities:Assisting with production of products performing QC to ensure finished products meet quality standardsWrapping and stacking products on pallets for storage or shipmentIdentifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficienciesTransporting raw materials to production workstationsComplying with company policies and legal guidelinesHelping to maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilitiesWorking hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PMSkills:Requirements: ability to physically perform the tasks required which include standing, reaching, lifting items up to 45 pounds, operating machinery and following all safety protocols throughout a 12 hour shift.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Must be available to work up to 12 hours per shift. Operators that successfully complete two week training "boot camp" course will be eligible for a $250.00 bonus. Operators that successfully complete all certification requirements and work through the "seasonal" rush will be eligible for an additional $750.00 bonus. To qualify for permanent placement Operators must be able to pass certification on various machines and to work rotating 12 hours shifts which include both morning, overnight shifts and weekends.English proficiency is required as is the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must also be willing to undergo a background check and E-Verification.Masks must be worn while on premises.       As a Warehouse Associate you will participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, while maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and others.Responsibilities:Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions.Loads/Unloads common carrier and company vehicles.Assembles customer orders to be shippedProcesses paperwork regarding shipments including: verifying that the merchandise to be shipped is correct, applying the correct postage tape, filling out proper BOL information for LTL shipments, following customer shipping instructions and insuring the shipment when necessary.Gathers assembled orders that are in carts and verify the quantities and descriptions. Counts and writes total quantity of merchandise being shipped on the invoice.Packs each order into a container and arranges the container onto a shelf according to truck route.Verifies quantities and items being shipped against the invoice.Other duties as assigned.Use of Scanner for Warehouse Management System, picking orders and general put away of material after receipt.Working hours: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AMSkills:Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers to aid in satisfying customer requirements.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in order to accurately complete job tasks.Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks and requirements.Able to meet deadlines.Excellent attendance record required.Able to work overtime as needed.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:High school diploma or GED.General knowledge of electrical products.
