Plumber positions and dock installers are HEAVY travel (Valid DL is required). The first thing we will discuss with them in the interview will be their willingness to be on the road 3-4 weeks a month ? potentially longer depending on location. If they are working in Florida and live in Florida, they are welcome to travel home on weekends (unpaid unless it is their authorized week/vacation) when work is light; does not need to be Jax-based but prefer FL-bas
