This position will lead all second shift manufacturing operations in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and on-time performance to schedule.Responsibilities:- Coordinate and communicate daily with the first shift leadership team regarding Safety, Quality and Production schedule. Including a daily tie-in log (email) documenting progress to production goals along with any issues or concerns that arise.- Evaluate staffing needs of each area and distribute resources as necessary to meet daily production schedule and budget resources to maximize line output while minimizing costs.- Conduct Daily start-of-production meeting with all second shift supervisors and establish production goals and distribute staffing as required to meet production schedule.- Respond to and resolve all line stoppages and quality issues that arise.
