This is an immediate, full-time contract opportunity offering a competitive wage of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
The Role: You will be the crucial final checkpoint, ensuring product integrity by inspecting materials, components, and finished goods. If you thrive on precision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, this is the job for you!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (or later, based on production needs). Must be flexible for occasional overtime and off-shift work as needed.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
The ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
Strong mechanical/technical skills and a deep focus on quality control.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/Equivalent required. Associates degree in technical field preferred.
Experience:
At least one year of experience in Operations or Quality.
Must have working knowledge in the use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and Outlook).
Active involvement in continuous improvement initiatives (like Quality, Training, or Safety coordinator) a plus.
Must have demonstrated creativity and solid problem solving skills.
Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation.
Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to effectively build relationships with employees at all levels.
Must have excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Must be flexible and able to work all hours including weekends and off shifts.

Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires occasional lifting of objects of objects 25 to 50 pounds.
Work involves activities that require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, or vehicles.
