BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN INCLUDING THC REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
Inspections & Testing: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods against engineering blueprints and specs.
Process Auditing: Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with internal SOPs and ISO standards.
Defect Analysis: Identify, document, and track non-conformities. Work closely with the Engineering team to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Documentation: Maintain precise quality records, test reports, and compliance logs.
Calibration: Manage the upkeep and calibration of precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.).
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with small piece circuit boards
Soldering and microscope experience
Solid Quality Control Experience
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 2?5 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, or medical device experience is a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Tooling: Hands-on experience with manual and automated inspection equipment.
Certifications: CQE or CQT (ASQ) certifications are highly regarded but not required.
Mindset: An uncompromising eye for detail and the ability to "stop the line" when quality is at risk.
