The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting /auditing devices produced by the
production team. It will require attention to detail and to be proficient at data entry plus basic
computer skills. Communication with various production teams concerning defects is also
critical.

Inspect various products at different stages of manufacture while comparing the results to their
work instructions. Then enter the data generated into a database.
Provide feedback to production department lead concerning quality defects, and corrections
needed.
Assist production / quality engineer in completion of relevant records and documents.
Assist production with identification, traceability, training, and communication concerning each
product???s quality standard.
Perform incoming inspection on piece parts being received by the stockroom. Perform
dimensional, electrical, and color verification.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
1. Possess strong knowledge of production processes and quality controls to allow for effective
product manufacture.
2. 1+ years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Experience with computer functionality/data entry. Working knowledge of MS products (Word, Excel,
Teams, Outlook, Access).
4. Experience as a quality auditor or in a related quality role.
5. Work as a team member to perform other duties as assigned including but not limited to receiving
devices in from the field, breaking down boxes, keeping good order in the work cell.

1. PC literate with the ability to accurately enter data.
2. Proven ability to report defects and to work with various teams at the facility to correct any
defect detected.
3. Compare work instruction pictures to the actual device and determine if the device is built
correctly.
