We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our production team. In this role, you are the final line of defense, ensuring every product leaving our facility is safe, fresh, and meets our rigorous excellence standards. As a QC Tech, you will be embedded directly on the production line, performing critical assessments to support our supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Live Production Monitoring: Conduct continuous checks of poultry products on the line to ensure they meet weight, grade, and packaging specifications.
Safety & Compliance: Verify that all products are handled according to USDA regulations and food safety protocols (HACCP).
Testing & Analysis: Perform routine temperature checks, seal integrity tests, and sensory evaluations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time logs of inspections, test results, and production data.
Process Improvement: Identify malfunctions or deviations in the production process and immediately communicate with the floor supervisor to rectify issues.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Attention to Detail: You can spot a packaging defect or a quality inconsistency from a mile away.
Integrity: You understand that food safety is non-negotiable and take your role as a consumer advocate seriously.
Reliability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of consistent monitoring.
Communication: Ability to clearly report findings to both the production team and management.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in food manufacturing or quality control is a must (poultry experience is a gold star!).
Basic math and computer skills for documentation.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a chilled production environment.
