Responsibilities:
Direct a high-performing team of inspectors, managing daily workflows to meet seasonal production deadlines and shipment schedules.
Utilize NetSuite to update style approvals, record inspection outcomes, and maintain accurate system records for inventory and traceability.
Oversee incoming shipment audits, verifying Points of Measure (POM) against Tech Packs, TOP samples, and design comments.
Manage real-time correspondence with Production, Technical Design, and Logistics teams using Slack and email to resolve quality issues quickly.
Supervise bin allocation and overstock systems to ensure 100% accuracy within our warehouse management workflow.
Support the Director of QC in assessing repairs and documenting vendor chargebacks for quality non-compliance.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
A result-oriented approach with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to perform basic calculations required for spec verification and data reporting.
Proficiency in NetSuite (ERP) or similar enterprise software and professional communication via Slack
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and the ability to perform basic math for spec verification and reporting.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
6+ Years of Experience Proven background in apparel manufacturing, garment production, or quality assurance.
