Responsibilities:
- Provide quality support for Supplier Quality.
- Collect, analyze, and report data elements to demonstrate conformity and maintains effectiveness of the supplier quality management system with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform investigations for product or supplier nonconformance and process noncompliance issues and documents exceptions appropriately in the Corrective Action / Preventative Action (CAPA) System.
- Contribute to the company process improvement initiatives that impact supplier quality systems and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance of processes and procedures within the quality management system.
- Assists in the Change Management function including maintaining relevant work instructions, Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), and other quality documentation.
- Support qualification and onboarding of controlled suppliers and ongoing Approved Supplier List monitoring activities.
- Support tracking, facilitation and processing of Supplier Change Notifications received from external parties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Move or lift heavy objects up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of experience in quality assurance, systems, regulatory affairs, or other relevant experience within a regulated industry such as tissue, medical device, or pharmaceutical.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Database software, Quality Management System (QMS) software, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
