- Shift/Schedule: Consistent 1st shift schedule (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) with occasional extended hours as needed.

What You'll Do * CMM Programming: Create, write, and edit programs using PC-DMIS software based on model-based definitions and technical drawings.
- Quality Inspection: Lead the First Article Inspection (FAI) process, including generating initial paperwork and finalizing results for precision parts.
- Technical Training: Educate and mentor staff on the proper use of measurement equipment and advanced inspection techniques.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate directly with production departments to address and resolve quality non-conformities on the shop floor.
- Process Improvement: Utilize statistical tools and sampling methodologies to develop work instructions and improve inspection efficiencies.
- System Maintenance: Manage the calibration of fixtures and tools while maintaining documentation for AS9100, PPAP, and FMEA standards.
What You'll Bring * Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control and dimensional measurement within a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
- Software Mastery: Proven proficiency in writing and editing CMM programs using PC-DMIS.
- Technical Literacy: Advanced blueprint reading skills and a thorough understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Compliance Knowledge: Experience with quality systems documentation (AS9100, PPAP, SPC) and the ability to interpret complex CMM reports.
- Professionalism: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate corrections clearly and a dedication to maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
