Responsibilities:
Precision Inspection: Use specialized instruments to perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured parts.
Blueprint Compliance: Ensure all components meet specific drawing standards and technical specifications.
Production Support: Provide real-time quality guidance and technical support to the manufacturing floor.
Advanced Equipment Operation: Utilize high-level inspection tools including CMMs, Smartscopes, and Keyence vision systems.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in medical device quality inspection.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with automated vision systems.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Quality Background: Prior experience specifically in a Quality Control or Inspection role.
Attention to Detail: Ability to identify minute defects and maintain high accuracy.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and floor support.
