• Verify material according to applicable acceptance criteria (IPC, IIP, data sheets, etc.), • Interpret drawings, work instructions, job routings, test instructions, BOM’s and inspection documents, • Identify/segregate nonconforming material according to established procedures, • Maintain accurate records of product acceptance and FAI requirements, • Verify in-process and finished product according to applicable standards and criteria (AQL, QSL, customer print, established program, etc.), • Perform inspections using optical scopes, measurement tools and x-ray equipment, • Perform visual inspection of both printed circuit boards and assemblies.
