Perform visual, mechanical, electronic, and dimensional inspections of production parts and components.Inspect castings, forgings, machined parts, rings, welds, sub-assemblies, and completed assemblies.Locate datums and reference points on castings, forgings, and other components.Verify machining accuracy and part dimensions according to blueprints and specifications.Mark guidelines and reference points for material removal through machining, manual work, or etching.Conduct floor and machine inspections involving lathes, laser machines, water jets, vertical boring mills, and radial drills.Perform bench inspections using precision measuring equipment.Inspect welds visually and dimensionally before fluorescent penetrant testing.Identify non-conforming parts and document inspection findings.Prepare rework procedures when required.Complete inspection reports and related documentation.Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing quality standards.Perform other related duties as assigned.
