Responsibilities:
Operate specialized equipment including Electroluminescence (EL) imagers, Sun Simulators (flash testers), and HiPot testers to verify electrical insulation and performance.
Perform 100% visual inspections of finished modules to identify cosmetic, mechanical, or workmanship defects (e.g., micro-cracks, soldering anomalies, or frame damage).
Accurately record all test results, calibration checks, and non-conformities in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or quality tracking logs.
Conduct routine verification and stability monitoring of testing stations to ensure equipment remains within specified tolerances.
Identify, segregate, and document failed units, ensuring they are properly labeled for rework or disposal per established protocols.
Follow high-voltage safety procedures and maintain Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) standards at all times.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
1-2 years of experience in quality control within the solar, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing industries.
Basic understanding of electrical principles (voltage, resistance, insulation) and safety procedures for high-voltage testing.
Familiarity with IPC-A-610, IEC, or UL standards for electronic or solar module reliability.

Qualifications:
Ability to operate and interpret results from complex electrical testing and imaging equipment.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards (e.g., ISO or IPC).
Exceptional visual acuity for detecting minute defects and inconsistencies in materials and assemblies.
Basic data entry skills and familiarity with quality management software or manufacturing databases.
A strong sense of accountability and the ability to make consistent "pass/fail" decisions based strictly on documented criteria.
