Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical field; OR Associate's degree with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Ability to interpret technical documents, procedures, and specifications.
Experience with ERP systems and engineering documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Effective communication and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Lean Manufacturing certification.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis tools.
Familiarity with UL, CSA, or similar regulatory compliance standards.
Experience supporting ISO 9001-certified quality management systems.
Previous involvement in internal auditing and quality compliance activities.
