This is a hands-on leadership position designed for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will own the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards, overseeing everything from supplier selection to final product delivery. You will have full authority to make independent quality decisions, including halting processes or materials to mitigate risk, while actively working on the plant floor to identify real-time improvements.

Responsibilities:
???Lead, train, and hold the QC Technician team accountable to rigorous safety and documentation standards.
???Own the final quality disposition for all raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
???Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration logs; serve as a backup for lab testing during peak periods.
???Manage batch records, QC documentation, and retain samples to ensure full audit readiness.
???Analyze trends to identify systemic risks and propose innovative quality checks, such as in-line sensors or randomized shipping audits.
???Enforce quality standards across Supply Chain, Production, Warehousing, and Shipping.
???Develop and maintain an approved vendor program, utilizing supplier scorecards to monitor performance and ISO compliance.
???Lead investigations into customer complaints, translating feedback into actionable process improvements.
???Lead the organization through ISO 9001 implementation, gap assessments, and ongoing maintenance.
???Ensure all SOPs and work instructions are practical, scalable, and embedded into daily operations.
???Manage the evolution of processes, raw materials, and specifications through a formal change control system.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and influence cross-functional departments.
-Comfort spending significant time on the plant floor and a willingness to perform hands-on wet chemistry or laboratory testing.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
3+ years of quality management experience within a manufacturing or chemical environment.
Proven expertise in NCR/RCA processes and working knowledge of GMP and SOPs.
Intermediate Excel skills and experience with digital recordkeeping systems.
