We're seeking an experienced RAQA Technical Writer / Quality Assurance Specialist to support documentation and compliance initiatives within a leading medical division. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical writing skills, quality system knowledge, and a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement. This is a long-term contract opportunity through September 2026 offering competitive pay and a professional, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop, write, edit, and maintain operating procedures, work instructions, and forms in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and process owners to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
Standardize documentation formats and maintain consistency across departments.
Manage document revisions and version control within approved systems (e.g., SharePoint, MasterControl).
Ensure documentation complies with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA).
Support audits and inspections through controlled documentation and accurate records.
Translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Partner with training and quality teams to align documentation with onboarding and compliance initiatives.
Develop process flows and visual documentation that clearly illustrate procedures and system interactions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
