We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Reach Truck Operator to temporarily join our Client's warehouse distribution team in Baytown, TX. In this role, you will safely operate stand-up reach trucks and high-reach forklifts to transport, stage, stack, and retrieve palletized inventory across multi-level racking systems.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, or standard forklifts to move inventory throughout the facility.
Inventory & Staging: Retrieve, put away, and stage high-bay palletized goods accurately according to warehouse management system (WMS) directives.
Loading & Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading inbound/outbound freight trucks using material handling equipment.
Quality & Order Accuracy: Scan inventory using RF scanners, conduct inventory counts, and inspect pallets for damages prior to put-away or shipment.
Safety & Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-shift inspection checks on reach trucks and report maintenance issues. Comply with all OSHA and internal warehouse safety guidelines.
Working hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Certifications: Current Forklift / Reach Truck Operator Certification preferred

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1???2 years of experience operating a stand-up reach truck / high-reach forklift in a warehouse environment.
Skills: Proficient with RF scanner technology and basic WMS inventory management software.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or operate equipment for extended periods, and work in temperature-controlled or ambient warehouse environments.
