We are seeking a professional, attentive, and highly aware individual to join our team as a 3rd Shift Receptionist. This critical overnight role serves as the first point of contact for all arriving parties, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment. The successful candidate will manage access control, communication, and logistical support for our owners and guests during the evening hours.

Working hours: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Skills:
Screen and admit all arriving guests and vendors according to established security protocols.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming traffic and inquiries.
Manage package receipt, logging, and distribution.
Handle the opening and closing of units for owners as requested.
Answer and manage all incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate parties or taking messages as necessary.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
Proven ability to maintain professionalism and a pleasant disposition under all circumstances.
Exceptional attentiveness and a strong awareness of one's surroundings.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently during 3rd shift hours.
Prior experience in a front-desk, security, or customer-facing role is preferred.
