What You'll Do:
- Be the voice of the agency by being the first to answer phones and route calls warmly.
- Support clients by taking payments, filing claims, and making daily birthday calls.
- Grow your career with paid training to become a licensed insurance agent.

Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact on phones, efficiently routing calls and typing contact/change letters.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships through daily birthday calls and writing thank-you notes to new business clients.
- Claims & Policy Support: File glass claims and other insurance claims, handle ALIR submissions, and conduct claim follow-up calls.
- Data Entry & Finance: Enter data and receipts into the Matrix database, update records, and process customer payments.
- Team Support: Assemble new business files, email daily reports, and assist senior agents with administrative tasks and shadowing to learn the business.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Industry Experience: Experience in Sales and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is highly preferred.
- Education: Some college education is preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Matrix or similar database software is a plus.
- Initiative: A willingness to ask team members how you can help during downtime to keep the office running smoothly.
