Key Details & Compensation
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (10-hour day with 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks).
Overtime (OT): Overtime is possible based on business needs.
Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour.
Employment Status: This is a Contract-Only position. It is NOT a temp-to-perm role.
Responsibilities:
The Role: Physical & Fast-Paced
As a Record Center Specialist, you are the backbone of the warehouse. You will process orders and manage the movement of files, books, binders, and backup tapes. This is a highly physical role that requires stamina and strength. You will spend your day retrieving boxes from shelving and putting them away, often utilizing step ladders for higher units.
Key Responsibilities:
Manually lift, carry, and arrange boxes weighing 10-100 lbs consistently without assistance.
Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to track inventory.
Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.
Navigate uneven concrete surfaces while maneuvering material handling aids.

Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, and stoop for 9-hour shifts.
Heavy Lifting: Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs and maintaining a consistent pace with 30 lb boxes.
Technical Skills: Ability to use proprietary computer systems and read labels in English.
Safety First: Must provide/wear protective footwear and safely climb/balance on step ladders.
Screening: Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen per client requirements.
